When and Where do you pick us up?

We pick up from MOST MAJOR Hotels on the Las Vegas Strip at the Tour Bus pickup point.   Please call us at 1-702-703-4426 or email us at admin@onedaytours.com on the day before to find out an exact time rather than 6:00-6:45 am pickup time.   This way we know who is on your tour and can plan accordingly.   Thank you for understanding.

How long is the entire trip?

The trip from the Paris hotel back to the Paris hotel is approximately 13.5 hours for the South Rim.  The West Rim trip is approximately 9-10 hours.  We advise not to book any shows for later that night or to have plans to fly out later the same night as there can be some unforeseeable circumstances like weather, road closures, or a flat tire.

Do your vehicles offer charging ports for cell phones?

Yes, there are many USB ports and outlet plugs throughout the vehicle.

Can I rent out the whole tour if I have a large group?

Yes, the price to rent out the whole vehicle is $1788 if you are going to the South Rim.  For the West Rim the price to rent out the entire vehicle is $2148 (this is w/o Skywalk) $2388 with.   Each vehicle can accommodate 14 customers.   Email us to make sure no one has already booked the date that you want for your entire group.   We currently only go to the West Rim on Tuesdays and Saturdays but if you wish to rent out the entire vehicle, very possible we could go on a different day, email us at admin@onedaytours.com or call us at 1-702-703-4426.    Leave us a message if we don’t answer and we will get back to you ASAP.   Thanks.

Are children allowed on the tour?

Children 3 years of age and above are allowed on the tour. Children under 3 are not.  If your child is under 6 or under 60 pounds, a special car seat is required by law.  We will provide this at no extra cost as long as we are told prior to the trip.  You can email us.

Will the tour be cancelled if it rains or snows at The Grand Canyon?

No, rain or shine we will go.  If for some unforeseen circumstances, we do cancel, we will refund 100% of your money.  You may look at terms and conditions for further information.

Do you go to The West Rim of The Grand Canyon?

We do go to both the South (Grand Canyon National Park) as well as the West Rim (Skywalk) of the Grand Canyon.   For the West Rim, we currently only go on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

What do you provide on the tour as far as food and drinks?

We provide bottle water for those on the tour, you may purchase food or snacks on the tour and may bring them on the vehicle.  At the South Rim there are approximately 6 places for you and your party to eat lunch at there at the Canyon.  For the West Rim Tour, lunch is included which is provided by the Hualapai Indian Tribe.

Do we have to pay for anything on the tour?

Your tour price includes the entrance fee into The Grand Canyon National Park if you are going to the South Rim.   For the West Rim your tour price includes admission and lunch and if you wish to do the Skywalk it is $20 more.  There is an option when you are booking.   The only money you would need is to purchase food, snacks or souvenirs.

What happens if I want to cancel my tour after I booked?

You may cancel up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund.  Please call (702) 703-4426 or email admin@onedaytours.com to cancel.   No refunds are given if you try to cancel inside the 48 hours of your tour.  If this is an unforeseeable event, we will work with you to try to reschedule you for another date.   This will be a standby situation and we will let you know the day before you wish to go.   Any tours that are cancelled by One Day Tours for any reason will receive a full refund.   Thank you.
