What if my hotel is not on the list of hotels that you pickup from?
We do pickups and dropoffs at most major hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. We will try to work with you as far as a pickup location but not mandatory for us to pick you up. Please call us at 1-702-703-4426 or email us at email@example.com on the day before or two to find out an exact time pick up time. This way we know who is on your tour and can plan accordingly for our drivers. Thank you for understanding.
How long is the entire trip?
All times are estimated for there can be many variables such as weather, traffic, lines, restroom breaks, etc.
The Grand Canyon South Rim trip is approximately 13.5 hours. 6:00 am – 7:30 pm
The West Rim trip is approximately 9-10 hours. 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Hollywood /Los Angeles is approximately 14 hours. 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
Antelope Canyon / Horseshoe Bend is approximately 14 hours. 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
Death Valley Tour 9 hours 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
We advise not to book any shows for later that night or to have plans to fly out later the same night as there can be some unforeseeable circumstances like weather, road closures, or a flat tire.
Do your vehicles offer charging ports for cell phones?
Yes, there are many USB ports and outlet plugs throughout the vehicle.
Can I rent out the whole tour if I have a large group?
Absolutely, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-702-703-4426 for availability and price. Leave us a message if we don’t answer and we will get back to you ASAP. Even if our website states not available, give us a call. Thank you.
Are children allowed on the tour?
Children 5 years of age and above are allowed on the tour. If your child is under 6 or under 60 pounds, a special car seat is required by law. We will provide this at no extra cost as long as we are told prior to the trip. While a majority of the time we do have at least 1 child seat with us, please let us know beforehand. When you do book through this website there is a child seat option. Otherwise, email or call us, thank you for your cooperation.
Will the tour be cancelled if it rains or snows at The Grand Canyon?
No, rain or shine we will go. If for some unforeseen circumstances, we do cancel, we will refund 100% of your money. You may look at terms and conditions for further information.
Which rim of The Grand Canyon does your company go to?
We do go to both the South (Grand Canyon National Park) as well as the West Rim (Skywalk) of the Grand Canyon.
The South Rim is owned and operated by the Government while the tour is approximately from 6:00 am – 7:30 pm. The West Rim is privately owned by the Hualapai Indian Tribe and the tour is from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
What do you provide on the tour as far as food and drinks?
We provide bottle water for those on the tour, you may purchase food or snacks on the tour and may consume them on the vehicle.
At the Grand Canyon South Rim, there are approximately 6 places for you and your party to eat lunch at there at the Canyon.
For the Grand Canyon West Rim Tour, lunch is included which is provided by the Hualapai Indian Tribe.
For the Hollywood / Los Angeles Tour, muffins for breakfast, snacks, and lunch are provided at Asian Buffet near the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
For the Antelope Canyon / Horseshoe Bend Tour, lunch is provided at Denny’s in Page, AZ.
For the Death Valley Tour, lunch is provided at a cafe/diner in Death Valley, CA.
Do we have to pay for anything on the tour?
Your tour price includes the entrance fee into The Grand Canyon National Park if you are going to the South Rim. For the West Rim your tour price includes admission and lunch and if you wish to do the Skywalk it is $21.65 more. You would purchase the Skywalk tickets at the foot of the Skywalk. The only money you would need is to purchase food, snacks or souvenirs.
What happens if I want to cancel my tour after I booked?
Please see our Terms and Conditions Page. Please call (702) 703-4426 or email email@example.com to cancel. No refunds are given if you try to cancel inside the 48 hours of your tour. If this is an unforeseeable event, we will work with you to try to reschedule you for another date. This will be a standby situation and we will let you know the day before you wish to go. Any tours that are cancelled by One Day Tours for any reason will receive a full refund. Thank you.
